Join Our Team as a Part-Time Team Leader

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in operational functions of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store.
  • Assist in conducting new associate onboarding and trainings, and oversee and delegate tasks to the team to best maximize efficiency of store operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
  • Demonstrating a customer-obsessed selling culture and building brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge.
