About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are fully stocked and available to consumers in local grocery and convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport and stock products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers using manual or powered equipment.
  • Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards.
  • Repetitively lift, carry, and position products (up to 50lbs) above shoulder height without assistance.
  • Consistently kneel, squat, and reach above the head.
  • Manage backroom inventory, identify and report stock levels, and complete required paperwork.
  • Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Develop professional relationships with coworkers and customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be 17 years of age.
  • Have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
  • Have current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Minimum one year experience in grocery, retail, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

This role requires standing and walking for long periods, pushing and pulling manual and powered equipment, and grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight.
