About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Neupane Household. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to infants and children in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, fostering a sense of independence and confidence
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and engaging environment for play and learning
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and support when needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a home care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a strong commitment to providing excellent care
