About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Director to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As a Video Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality video content that showcases our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video Production: Develop and implement video production strategies to achieve our organizational goals.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of video production staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our communications team to develop engaging video content that aligns with our organizational brand.
  • Project Management: Oversee the production of video projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve all video content to ensure it meets our organizational standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as film, television, or communications.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of success in leading video production teams.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: 35 hours per week, with a flexible work schedule.
