We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the receipt and coordination of goods coming in and out of our warehouse.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following established policies and procedures.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with our data storage system.
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by organizing, cleaning, and implementing new design layouts as needed.
- Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow and maintain transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, carriers, vendors, and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to occasionally lift weights up to 100lbs.
- Experience with forklifts and stock pickers is preferred.
- Experience in warehousing and traffic is preferred.
- Heavy-duty truck industry experience is preferred.
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
