About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our team at BIS Safety Software. As a key member of our Technology Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with our clients, management, and other stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and troubleshoot and debug software issues. You will also write, update, implement, and test software code, manage workflow based on case priority levels, and communicate case statuses and resolution recommendations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced developer who is passionate about building software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with clients, management, and other stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
  • Convert user requirements into technical specifications and troubleshoot and debug software issues.
  • Write, update, implement, and test software code.
  • Manage workflow based on case priority levels and communicate case statuses and resolution recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support during development and ensure that deliverables align with business and end-user needs.
  • Act as a technical resource for clients and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Work on long-term development projects and infrastructure improvements in AWS and Azure environments.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and user testing.
  • Document code updates and update the user interface to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a software developer with strong coding skills in React.js and backend technologies like ColdFusion, PHP, .NET, or Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging complex software issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in responsive web design and user interface (UI) development.
  • Professional and positive attitude with a solution-based approach to challenges.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable with taking on new projects in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
What We Offer
