Executive Director, Hospital Management

Kirkwood Management Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our hospital management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our healthcare institution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive growth and success.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership team.
- Plan and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Plan and manage development projects to improve our services and operations.
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Negotiate business contracts to secure partnerships and collaborations.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hospital management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
