Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Aliya's Foods Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, designing and implementing systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain progress and other reports.
  • Conduct routine statistical analysis of data.
  • Liaise with management, engineers, and other trades.
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business systems analysis or related field.
  • Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Certified.
  • Criminal record check.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
