About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Upper Roofing Ltd. as a Construction Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education or certification is required, but a willingness to learn and train on the job is essential.
  • Work Site Environment
    • The Construction Laborer will work outdoors, often at heights, and must be comfortable with this environment.
  • Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
    • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced tradespeople.
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
    • Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and tools.
    • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
    • Work Terms and Conditions
      • This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
