Convenience Store Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mac's Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop the skills of sales floor staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift heavy loads.
- Language: English.
