Job Title: Materials Sorter - Blue Mountain Plastics

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Sorter to join our team at Blue Mountain Plastics. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient sorting and packaging of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products with precision and accuracy.
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers in maintaining a smooth production process.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards and adheres to safety regulations.
Work Environment:

Our manufacturing and industrial plant environment can be fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure. However, we offer a supportive team environment and a range of benefits to ensure your well-being.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
