About the Role
The Senior FP&A Director will lead the development of annual operating and capital budget process, building and modifying internal rate of return and pricing models with input from business leaders. This role involves analyzing financial data to inform strategy and decision making, preparing financial reports, including monthly reporting packages and Board updates.
As a key member of the finance team, the Senior FP&A Director will provide senior leaders with a summary of financial performance, performance vs budget, risks, and opportunities. Key responsibilities include preparation and presentation of monthly operational KPI's in coordination with Finance and Accounting partners and Operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of annual operating and capital budget process
- Build and modify internal rate of return and pricing models
- Analyze financial data to inform strategy and decision making
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly reporting packages and Board updates
- Provide senior leaders with a summary of financial performance, performance vs budget, risks, and opportunities
- Preparation and presentation of monthly operational KPI's
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 6+ years of FP&A experience (financial modelling, KPIs etc.), people management (at least supervisory, indirect report experience), and smaller to mid-size company, hands on experience. A CPA is an asset. Industry: Open, prefers Telecommunications, construction, project-based, consulting or similar.
