Responsibilities:- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge, and conflict resolution techniques to set the tone for a world-class customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve sales, service, and operational goals, aligning with district and organizational objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all retail banking products and services, as well as alternative delivery channels, to provide informed guidance and support to colleagues and customers.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as bank policies and procedures, through ongoing audits and risk assessments.
- Cultivate a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous learning among team members, recognizing and rewarding high performers while addressing underperformance.
- 5-7 years of banking experience, preferably in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of driving results, improving processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and technologies, with ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with ability to foster a culture of belonging and respect within the organization.
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
