- Evaluate and improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for cost reduction and process enhancements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service initiatives.
- Implement price and credit policies, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, making adjustments as needed to achieve financial targets.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and staff conflicts.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
