  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee development.
  • Evaluate and improve operational efficiency, identifying areas for cost reduction and process enhancements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing inventory levels to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service initiatives.
  • Implement price and credit policies, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, making adjustments as needed to achieve financial targets.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and staff conflicts.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
