Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Leadership and Management: Select, develop, and motivate middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of our operations.
- Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the trucking industry.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player.

- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
