Job Description
The Role
You'll drive project excellence in Performance Programs by implementing growth strategies, solving complex problems, and fostering team development.
You'll oversee the success of some of our highest priority brands and partnerships, ranging from household names through to brands that are in early growth stages.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leadership: You'll lead teams in research, media planning, and strategic roadmaps across some of our largest brands.
- Client Management: You'll improve and redefine client success standards by championing exceptional client service.
- Talent Development: You'll enhance the Performance department's expertise by mentoring and managing team members.
- Strategic Partnerships: You'll make significant contributions to people and projects within the Performance department by solving complex problems and coordinating support.
