Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Grind meats to order
- Train and assist junior meat cutters
- Slice cooked meats for serving
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a butcher shop or similar environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
