Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Prairie Donair. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of food orders to meet customer expectations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of communication
- 40 hours per week
