The role of Executive Director of Operations at Orbit Engineering Limited presents an opportunity to take on a challenging and dynamic leadership position within a reputable engineering firm. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational strategy and direction of the company.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires 40 hours of work per week. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of up to 20 people.

Key responsibilities include allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, setting objectives, representing the organization, and conducting performance reviews. You will also be expected to supervise workers and projects, review commercial development proposals, and establish financial and administrative controls.
