Marketing Coordinator Job Description

VG PROFESSIONALS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, recruiting and hiring staff, and responding to enquiries from members of the business community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled team.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Act as spokesperson for the organization, representing VG PROFESSIONALS LTD. at events and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material, including press releases and social media content.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions, driving sales and engagement.
  • Develop marketing strategies, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement business plans, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials, ensuring high-quality content.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
