Job Summary

You will be responsible for delivering personalized care, advocating for our clients' needs, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing the physical and emotional well-being of our clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • a diploma or degree in a relevant healthcare field, such as nursing, social work, or occupational therapy
  • current certification in CPR/AED and first aid
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
