We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, according to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain accurate records of food quantities and inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
