About the Job
">Pomerleau, Inc. is seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our operational support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing the technical portion of RFQ/RFP processes.
You will utilize your expertise to translate complex technical details into persuasive narratives, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Analyze call for tenders (RFQ/RFP) and create strategic responses tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage proposal schedules, responsibility matrices, and compliance lists.
- Lead bid team meetings, including kick-offs, coordination meetings, and bid reviews.
- Develop high-quality content that showcases Pomerleau's standards and expertise.
- Ensure all content is well-harmonized, coherent, and compliant with bid requirements.
- Maintain open lines of communication with subject matter experts and other bid team members.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing proposals in construction, engineering, and/or architecture fields.
- Strong ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines and priorities.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
