Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled pizza cook to join our culinary team at Sizzling Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine will be utilized to create delicious dishes that exceed our customers' expectations. Additionally, your ability to train and supervise staff, order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, utilizing your extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
