Description
This is a new and exciting role that bridges the gap between business goals and advanced analytics possibilities. We are looking for high-energy and passionate individuals who can influence those around them, solve complex problems, and challenge the status quo to find innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and SMEs to define, refine, and prioritize opportunities
- Drive a common purpose and understanding by communicating complex ideas in simple, tailored ways
- Define, refine, and document data and analytical requirements to inform the development of scalable, sustainable solutions
- Translate insights into understandable, actionable recommendations
- Role model and build translation capability across the organization
Requirements
- BA or BS preferred or industry experience
- Desired: MBA or other advanced degree, technical degrees in computer science, software engineering, or mathematics
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead others, and to work with minimal direction
- Track record of communicating complex technical ideas in a clear and precise manner
- Prior experience in presenting technical solutions in simple and clear manner to non-technical stakeholders and senior management
- Experience implementing a solution and executing on insights by driving adoption among business users
