Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at DREAM HOUSE DESIGN 724 INC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop communication strategies and programs to effectively engage with our target audience.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Gather and research communications material to support marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Conduct social or economic surveys to assess development and future trends in local, regional, or international areas.
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design market research questionnaires to gather valuable insights from our target audience.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to showcase our brand's unique value proposition.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Client-focused and team-oriented approach.
