Pizza Hut Counter Attendant Job Description
We are seeking a Counter Attendant to join our food service team at Pizza Hut. As a Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and preparing food items for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customers' orders and operate a point-of-sale system
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to our menu
- Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers to collect
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products and supplies
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment
