About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at J.F.N. Ent Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
