Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes coordinating the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems, defining system functionality, and developing software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems
  • Define system functionality
  • Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
  • Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs
  • Plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system
  • Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
  • Synthesize technical information for every phase of the cycle of a computer-based system
  • Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
Requirements:

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be accurate, client-focused, efficient, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development. The candidate must also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
