Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at BMO. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to grow loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Registration to sell investment products completed, as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
  • Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
  • Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
