**Key Job Responsibilities**

  • Work collaboratively with Partners on new investments and portfolio value creation.
  • Participate in full-spectrum private equity investing, including investment thesis development, deal execution, add-on acquisitions, and portfolio management.
  • Develop research, evaluation, and analysis of industries and market sectors to inform investment decisions.
  • Support fundraising and investor relations efforts by creating presentations, due diligence materials, and communications.

**Required Qualifications**

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, principal investing, consulting, or corporate finance/transaction advisory.
  • Strong academic record and undergraduate degree.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis, modeling, and capital structure.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills, strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to travel.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial modeling skills.
