Job Title: Specialized Industrial Cleaner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Industrial Cleaner to join our team at ETC Inc. as a key member of our maintenance team. As a Specialized Industrial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Fast-paced environment
