We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction, and hold a valid driver's license. IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.
Skills and Qualifications- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
