Cafeteria Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Conversations Coffee House.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Develop and maintain efficient interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, demonstrating a strong team player mentality.
- Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
