Mixology Specialist

The Charisma Of India Restaurant is seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to manage the operations of our cocktail lounge. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an attractive bar area display, organizing the lounge's daily operations, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our staff to create a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to earn up to 20% in tips, making your total annual compensation around $54,000.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field (not required but preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in bartending, mixology, or related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
