Job Title: Senior Media Executive

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Media Executive to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our media division, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of media plans for our clients, leveraging your expertise in data-driven marketing and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of media plans, analyzing market and consumer data to identify target audiences and select media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective media strategies, ensuring alignment with client communication goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior planning team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in media planning (online & offline) with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Digital certifications across major platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
