Job Description

The Cosmetic Department Supervisor will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales associates, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets, achieve departmental goals, and drive business results through effective sales strategies and coaching.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop top talent to ensure a motivated and productive team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive shopping environment, ensuring customers receive personalized attention and guidance to meet their needs.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, manage inventory levels, and oversee stockroom organization to optimize operational efficiency.
