As a key member of our Production team, you will optimize manufacturing efficiency while delivering high-quality products in a safe and clean environment.
Shift Options:
Split Shift (Monday-Friday) :am-:pm
Responsibilities:
• Respond to manufacturing equipment issues, diagnose problems, and perform repairs as necessary
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions
• Set up equipment for production requirements and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and related repairs on plant equipment
• Collaborate with colleagues and production line operators to achieve common goals
• Organize and store unused dies, spare machine parts, and other equipment in designated storage areas
• Effectively communicate with team members and production line operators
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a mechanical role
• Basic math and writing skills
• Familiarity with high-speed packaging equipment, flow wrappers, cartoners, labelers, coders, conveyors, and parts fabrication
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
