Culinary Expert Wanted
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Côte-Saint-Luc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to our menu and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals following recipes and customer orders, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Evaluate the quality of prepared dishes and make adjustments as necessary to meet our high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering ingredients to ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen setting, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking, with a keen sense of creativity and innovation.
- A competitive hourly wage of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips and benefits.
