Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Underwriter to join our team at Caishen Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing clients' financial records, reviewing and examining financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation, and negotiating with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and records to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
