Global Sales Director for Imaging and Monitoring Sonars

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our global sales efforts in the Imaging and Monitoring Sonars market. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Marine Life Technology (MLT), this role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic initiatives and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the global IMO sales team, developing sales and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Actively engage in sales efforts, representing the company effectively through product demonstrations, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships for high satisfaction, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve sales objectives.
- Leverage external market representatives to expand influence and participate in industry conferences and events.
- Develop a go-to-market plan, including direct sales and channel management.
- Identify commercial opportunities and have a positive impact on business growth and profitability.
- Build a network of contacts and relationships to achieve set goals.
- Drive and optimize a global dealer network to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven sales experience in a technology field.
- Experience in leading and managing people, driving white-space sales.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization, influencing direct and indirect sales teams.
- Fluent oral and written English skills.
The required location is within commuting distance to one of our KD sites in Vancouver or Lynnwood, Washington state USA.
Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
