We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service in our pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
- Class A Pharmacist license.
- Proven experience in pharmacy management and leadership.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
