Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing responsive service to our customers, ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of industrial air compressors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the Calgary region.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on compressed air equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with compressed air systems and equipment.
  • Install and commission new compressed air equipment and systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or related technical training an asset.
  • Previous experience in a service technician role or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with knowledge of AC/DC circuits, wiring diagrams, and motors/controls.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites in the Calgary region and occasionally to surrounding areas.
