About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Kelly-Boy Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is primarily outdoors, with occasional work in an office setting.
