About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Battlefords Prescription Centre Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Stock and Maintain the Sales Floor: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the counter area is clean and organized.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payments, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Work in a Pharmacy or Drugstore Setting: Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
