At Nurse Next Door, we're redefining the way we care for our seniors. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible and rewarding work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute client care plans as outlined by our Care Designers, including all nursing duties and personal care.
- Assess client needs and report back to our Care Designers with recommendations or complex care plans.
- Provide delegations of tasks or training to our care team.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in BC.
- Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Double COVID vaccination required.
- Current First Aid with CPR.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Technically savvy with mobile apps and G-suite.
