About the Role

Pace Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Machinist - CNC Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machine tools, programming and setting up machines, and ensuring high-quality products are produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CNC machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders
  • Program and set up CNC machines for production runs
  • Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and equipment
  • Document and report any issues or deviations from specifications
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., machinist trade certification)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine tools and programming languages
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
