About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Elegance Hair Design. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front end team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our front end team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  2. Task Allocation: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring that they are working on the most critical tasks and deadlines are met.
  3. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  5. Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  6. Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  7. Work Conditions: Ensure that all team members are working in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  1. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  2. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
