About the Role

Affinity Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Physical Security projects, including CCTV and security camera technology deployment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scheduling, estimating, forecasting, budget monitoring, and cost reporting for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain detailed project charters, plans, and budgets, including activities, deliverables, and milestone due dates.
  2. Resource Allocation and Management: Determine resource requirements and dependencies to successfully deliver the project and assign tasks to team resources.
  3. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Build working relationships and communicate regularly with the immediate team, and those outside of the immediate team that have an effect on project completion.
  4. Issue and Risk Management: Manage project issues, proactively mitigate project risks, and lead conflict resolution.
  5. Quality and Compliance: Ensure quality and completeness of the project delivery and adherence to operational standards and guidelines.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Produce regular project status reports and periodic update presentations to Steering Committees and other management staff.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role working with budgets, complex systems, and interfaces.
  2. Experience managing Physical security projects such as CCTV / security camera technology deployment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels and organizations.
  4. Experience in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
  5. University degree in the field of computer science or business administration or equivalent professional experience.
  6. Expertise with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of $110 per hour.
