About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Kamcraft Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts to ensure accurate production
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up and adjust production machinery to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of computer numerical control (CNC) machines and precision machining techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
